MISSION
The Deputy Director in charge of doctoral training, scientific research and technological development, innovation and promotion of entrepreneurship, is responsible for :
- Organizing and monitoring doctoral training programs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations ;
- Participating in the promotion and management of the school’s research policy;
- Monitoring the research activities of the laboratories and research units with the departments ;
- Undertaking efforts to promote the valorization of research results.
- Collecting and disseminating information on the school’s research activities;
- Monitoring teacher training, further training and retraining programmes and ensuring their coherence;
- Monitoring the functioning of the school’s scientific council and coordinating the work of the departmental scientific committees;
- Initiating actions to promote exchanges and cooperation with other higher education establishments in the field of teaching and research;
- Meeting the needs of companies and national institutions in terms of scientific research and technological development;
- Encouraging the development of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Office.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Promotion Service

This department is responsible for developing the entrepreneurial skills of students who wish to become entrepreneurs, through intensive work on their intrinsic characteristics, which will help to foster the main attitudes that will lead them to carry out entrepreneurial activities effectively. It also inculcates intrinsic values in the future entrepreneur who and facilitates the articulation between the world of knowledge and the economy for wealth creation.
In this context, the Oran Graduate School of Economics, in partnership with the National Support Agency for the Development of Entrepreneurship (ANADE) (formerly the National Support Agency for Youth Employment ANSEJ), has established the House of Entrepreneurship in March 2021.

- An exchange and meeting day organized by the Oran Graduate School of Economics in collaboration with its Scientific Club OSE on March 25, 2021, from 09:00 am to 03:00 pm at Amphitheater B of the school. “Entrepreneurship from a Female Perspective” is an event aimed at promoting entrepreneurial culture and female success among students. The program includes exchanges with female entrepreneurs, testimonials, meetings, success stories, exhibitions, sharing of experiences, and an incomparable dose of inspiration to develop an entrepreneurial spirit, enhance creativity, and succeed in business.

- The DGRSDT is pleased to inform you that the PRIMA call for projects was launched on 02/11/2020 on the PRIMA Foundation website: http://prima-med.org/calls-for-proposals/ The deadline for submitting pre-proposals is set for 04/01/2020 for section 1 and 04/15/2020 for section 2. The themes covered by this Mediterranean cooperation program revolve around water, agriculture, and agri-food value chains. For more information, please contact the External Relations Department. The Oran Graduate School of Economics will be present at the information day related to the PRIMA 2020 program, with the participation of the DGRSDT and the CRUO.
