Brief presentation and main missions:

The House of AI at the Higher School of Economics of Oran is an academic interface dedicated to the promotion, dissemination, and development of knowledge related to artificial intelligence and its applications in the fields of economics, finance, management, and marketing . It serves as a space for exchange, guidance, and expertise aimed at supporting scientific, educational, and entrepreneurial initiatives based on artificial intelligence .

Its main missions are to:

  • Encourage academic and technological innovation by facilitating the use of artificial intelligence in study and research projects .
  • Support students and professors in integrating AI tools into their educational, scientific, and entrepreneurial activities .
  • Promote responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence .
  • Create a collaborative environment that fosters knowledge sharing and interdisciplinary cooperation .

Organization and managers:


  • Direction and Strategic Steering Level: Managed by the Responsable of the House of AI Dr. Amine Benslimane, responsible for overall supervision, strategy, decision-making, and building partnerships with the economic and technological ecosystem .
  • Administrative and Operational Support Level: Managed by an Administrative Assistant, responsible for execution, administrative assistance, logistical support for organizing activities, and day-to-day management .

Main activities and services offered:


  • AI Corner: Round tables on AI and its economic applications, bringing together students, teachers, and administrative staff .
  • Sharing AI Skills: Sessions dedicated to sharing AI skills and know-how among students .
  • Training for teachers: Training sessions on the use of AI in pedagogy and scientific research .
  • Training for students with projects: Practical workshops on AI fundamentals and programming .
  • Scientific events: Organization of national conferences and awareness days for the general public and local authorities .
  • Entrepreneurial support: Participation in the evaluation and discussion of innovative projects in coordination with the business incubator .
